From the middle of August, our Practice Manager, Sarah, will be commencing maternity leave as she prepares to welcome her baby girl and enjoy some precious family time. While she is incredibly excited for this new chapter, stepping away from a team and community she cares so deeply about is bittersweet.
Sarah would like to sincerely thank all of our wonderful clients for your ongoing kindness, loyalty, and support over the years. It has been a privilege to work alongside such caring pet owners and to be part of the Burnie community. She is looking forward to returning after spending this special time with her growing family.
While Sarah is away, we are delighted to share that our much-loved receptionist, Gill, will be stepping into the role of Acting Practice Manager.
Many of you already know Gill's friendly smile and welcoming nature. Having been part of the Burnie Veterinary Centre family for more than 20 years, she has become a familiar and trusted face to generations of clients and their pets. Her wealth of knowledge, dedication to our team, and genuine care for every person and animal who walks through our doors make her the perfect person to lead the clinic during this time.
